The club operates two swimming sessions per week, which look to improve and develop club members’ technique, speed and endurance.
To conduct the sessions safely, you are requested to update the coach at each session with details of an emergency contact and any relevant medical information.
The sessions are conducted by fully qualified triathlon coaches; however, they are not able to teach someone who has never swum before. We therefore ask that anyone wishing to join can swim 100m freestyle unaided.
