The club operates two run sessions per week, which look to work on speed, strength and endurance.

We ask that you dress appropriately for the time of year and wear suitable footwear and clothing.

To conduct the sessions safely, you are requested to update the coach at each session with details of an emergency contact and any relevant medical information.

Our two sessions are as follows:

Run – track

  • 7.30 – 8.30 pm each Monday, catering for a range of abilities.
  • Meet at Moulton College running track at 7.20pm.
  • Bring your running kit and a drink.
  • The cost is £3 per session; please bring the correct change.

Run – Abington Park/Brackmills

  • 7.30 – 8.30 pm each Thursday, catering for a range of abilities.
  • See Facebook and the forum for location details each week, although venue is generally as below:
  • WINTER MONTHS - held at Brackmills, meeting at 7.20 pm at Osyth Close
  • SUMMER MONTHS - held at Abington Park, meeting at 7.20 pm near the top of Abington Park Crescent (Billing Road end)

  • No cost to members.
