The club operates one cycling session per week, which looks to improve speed, endurance, strength and bike handling.
To conduct the sessions safely, you are requested to update the coach/ride leader at each session with details of an emergency contact and any relevant medical information.
We ask that you dress appropriately for the time of year and wear suitable footwear and clothing; bring a fully serviced working bike, helmet, puncture repair kit, snacks, drink etc.
You may want change for a coffee/cake stop and the parking meter at the Country Park (£3.00 during summer months).
